Knight Gaming is an international multi-gaming community that was established in August, 2012 with the launch of Guild Wars 2. Our players are primarily based in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Phillipines, South Korea and the United Kingdom, as well as a number of other countries throughout South-East Asia and Western Europe. As a guild, we are a casual group of players with a large focus on competitive group PvP.
We currently hold active chapters in Guild Wars 2, League of Legends, and Xbox One, as well as having small groups of players in other titles such as H1Z1, ArcheAge, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and The Elder Scrolls Online. The dedicated leadership of this gaming community works hard to ensure that all of our chapters flourish into tight-knit groups where players can enjoy the company of guild members and remain highly competitive in any and all titles played.
As Knight Gaming's first chapter, Knights of the Temple [KnT] formed in August, 2012, as a World versus World (WvW) focussed guild. Since then, we have been a mainstay guild on the Blackgate server, both helping to form the server's first alliance, the Blackgate War Council, as well as playing an integral part in leading the server from the #12 rank to its first win at the top of the WvW ladder. We have also helped to maintain the server's longstanding #1 rank in North America and its Season 1 Championship with a perfect 7-0 record, maintaining 18 hour daily raids during the first weeks of the tournament. As both a PPT and fights-focussed guild, [KnT] offers a casual and friendly environment with several WvW raids per week, weekly Guild Missions and weekly World Bosses, as well as activities outside of WvW such as sPvP, dungeons and much more.
On the 1st of June, 2014, Knightmare [KnM] was formed as the first dedicated Oceanic/South-East Asian chapter of Knight Gaming, after a decision made by the leadership to branch off from Knights of the Temple [KnT] and flourish as a separate chapter. Our primary focus as a guild is the 'World versus World' (WvW) game mode. We have four official WvW raid nights per week, weekly Guild Missions and regularly hold training nights to ensure we are constantly improving as a guild. Outside of WvW raids, we also participate in PvP, roaming, dungeons and other PvE content. With members primarily based in Australia, the Philippines and South Korea, as well as a number of other countries throughout South-East Asia, Western Europe and the rest of the world, we are a diverse and friendly community of players with a competitive approach to the game.
Knight Gaming’s official League of Legends chapter began August 3rd, 2013. We pride ourselves on our level of interaction between members and our sense of community. As a member of Knight Gaming, you would be joining players of all skill levels participating in in-house tournaments, ARAMs, Ranked 5s, Fantasy LoL leagues, coaching, and role lessons in game while on our TeamSpeak server. At this point in time, all of our active members are playing on the North American servers. Knight Gaming is also looking to sponsor a competitive Challenger team in the future that will be backed by our incredible community.
The KnT Xbox One branch is the youngest Knight Gaming chapter. It was started at the launch of the new Xbox Club system in December 2016. Due to the wide array of games that are commonly played on a console platform, the Xbox One chapter uses the club system to play a variety of titles including Battlefield 1, Overwatch, Halo 5: Guardians, Rainbow Six: Siege, Titanfall 2, and For Honor. Members also play numerous other titles including NHL 17, Madden, the Forza series, and will be playing major multiplayer titles due to release in the next calendar year, such as Destiny 2. This chapter features a tight core of players who are some of the best in the world, ranking in the top 500 worldwide in Battlefield 1 and mid to high Onyx rankings in Halo 5: Guardians. While small, the talent and chemistry between the Xbox One chapter members and the advent of the Xbox One club system to improve group functionality has this group poised for success in 2017.
